I would put it in the rescues and re-homes section and also may want to post it in ontario parrot association's web site.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies. I did contact the OPOA to request the info be put on their forum so thanks for that.
A woman in Cambridge found a grey cockatiel with no leg band. Appears to be very tame. Please call Trish at 519-489-2557

Hi Natasha,
Sorry, I was away this weekend canoeing. I've renamed the Lost Birds forum to "Lost and Found Birds" since there wasn't really a good spot for this type of post. Also, I would suggest following the same steps as a lost bird such as contacting local human societies/SPCAs and "Parrot 911" as well:
